Community family card

Family members of a citizen of a Member State of the EU, of a State party to the EEA Agreement or of Switzerland, who do not hold the nationality of one of these States, when accompanying or joining him, may reside in Spain for a period of more than three months, being subject to the obligation to request and obtain a "residence card for a family member of a Union citizen.
